In coordination with the Hall of Fame's launch of their new exhibit, "The Bakersfield Sound: Buck Owens, Merle Haggard, and California Country," Scott will moderate a panel of Bakersfield Sound pioneers including Red Simpson, Jean Shepard, Dallas Frazier, Rose Lee Maphis, and Buddy Mize. Afterward, Red Simpson will headline a free concert.
